Shipping Policy
Once your order has been placed, there are two shipping methods available to you:
- Delivery through a paying transport service provider.
- Withdrawal on site of your order at the domain at the following address : SCEA Charles Joguet, La Dioterie 37220 Sazilly - free of charge.
If you choose delivery via a forwarding agent, you have several transport options depending on the products ordered, quantities and formats.
It is very important that the information that is communicated to the carrier (name, first name, address, mobile phone, e-mail) is correct so that the delivery takes place in good conditions.
Metropolitan France:
- Transport Géodis - traditional carrier with whom you can request an appointment for delivery once we have given you the shipping reference of your order.
Any order placed before 3pm (excluding public holidays and holiday periods) can be picked up by Géodis the next morning for delivery within 48 to 72 hours to the address you specify.
- Chrono 13h and Chrono 10h - with a tracking number for your package that will be given to you when your order is shipped.
Any order placed before 3pm (excluding public holidays and holiday periods) can be picked up by Chronopost the next morning for delivery before 1pm or before 10am the following day.
Europe:
- ChronoClassic: fast and economical European shipments, indicative average delivery times between 2 to 4 days for the main destinations from the day your order is picked up at the domain.
World:
- ChronoExpress: international shipments to 230 countries, indicative average delivery times between 3 to 6 days for the main destinations from the day your order is picked up at the domain.
Important!
Upon receipt of your order you must check the conformity of the order before signing and accepting that it is given to you, in case of doubt, please indicate on the delivery note if there is any damage:
1) Indicate the name of the goods: Name of the Part, reference
2) with precision: damaged, broken, by describing the damage suffered as well as possible, the ideal is to note one or two references (especially if there are missing products - give the number of bottles),
The more indications the better, the more the damage will be taken into account for the compensation of your goods by the carrier - SCEA Charles Joguet cannot be held responsible for the damage, it will act as an intermediary between the customer and the carrier.
In the event of breakage, please refuse to accept the order and send us all evidence as soon as possible to ensure the best possible resolution of this dispute.
